COZIDO [koo zee doo] adj. cooked
KOO ZEE DOO is a BYOB in Northern Liberties inspired by the cuisine and flavors of Portugal. The phonetic name not only refers to the general adjective "cooked" but also to a traditional Portuguese dish, Cozido á Portuguesa. This dish, a boiled dinner with a variety of meats, including smoked sausages and vegetables, has numerous regional variations throughout Portugal and its former colonies.
